July Training Schedule

We have more new joiners coming to our regular training, our training atmosphere heating up as the temperature, don’t forget your hydration! Before and after the training, on and off the days at the fields or in the office, reminding everyone your daily fluid replenishment should include electrolyse that coming from sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium! Check the nutrition label and knowing what you are taking, while we have 2-3 months to our target race!

In our training schedule, Saturday swim include two location: Learn to swim will be at K-town pool by coach David and Rondo, while technique and recovery session at SYS pool by coach Charles.
We will include swimrun practice in one of our Sunday this summer, prepare your swim bouy and paddle, follow #teamsonictriathlete for any upcoming action!

April Training Schedule

On top of our regular training, we will arrange a few special training session on Sunday. 7th will be the swimrun clinic by Beyond The Line; 21st will be swim bike run brick in Shek O, 28th will be Sonic Time Trial in short distance Triathlon in Shek O to polish our transition skills.

Training schedule in October

October is the race month for IM703 Shanghai our target A race! Some stay in Hong Kong will be on ASTC Sprint Triathlon in Sunny Bay. It’s all about final race preparations, peaking and tapering now!

we have little revision on weekend plan to change the group ride and run to Sunday while the run and swim on Sat afternoon for a better traffic condition in TC on Sunday
