Wrapping up #teamsonictriathlete 2020

Lucky enough, some of us able to race IRONMAN 70.3 Thailand and Kyoto Marathon before the World locked down. We are very glad we are all able to navigate around all the restriction and concern, we all able to cope with all the changes around our timing and format of our training. Lucky enough we can put on a Duathlon and Aquathon Time Trial during the time the social atmosphere were relaxed. We are very glad to have the help from Coach David, Coach Andy and Gigi for their passionate and persistent support. We are very glad to have a group of quality people with close and mature communications in this tough time. Most importantly we all healthy and COVID-19 free! (glad to have Dermodacyn!)
