Warren is our youngest IRONMAN 70.3 finisher in Sonic, he always shows his energy in training and racing. On his training towards the race, he encountered little setback at his strongest discipline, he took my advise to do treatment and Aqua jog instead of running, he demonstrates his patience and mental resilience as a young adult that enable him to perform on his race day! Impressive!
