February Training Schedule

Training schedule in February will be posted in Whatapp and Facebook in week by week basic.

Please notes for the following arrangement during the period of facilities closures. It’s not perfect but we will able to adjust and get thoughts it. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Regular training can keep ourselves in shape to deal with all the challenges!

⭐️ We will move our Monday run session to SYS park
⭐️ Wednesday swim will become morning OWS session
⭐️ Sat technique and learn to swim will be on hold until we resume the pool access
⭐️ Sun Repulse session as usual

星期三 - 7am-8am: 游泳訓練 (淺水灣) 🏊‍♂
星期六 - 7:30am-11am: 單車訓練 + 轉項跑步練習 🚴‍♂🏃‍♂(欣澳,新娘潭路或石澳)
星期六 - 9am-11am: 單車入門 + 跑步訓練 (欣澳,新娘潭路或科學園)🚴‍♂🏃‍♂
星期日 - 7:30-9:30am: 游水+ 跑步訓練(淺水灣)🏊‍♂🏃‍♂
