[September Training Schedule]

Mon - 7:30pm-9pm: run at HV🏃‍♂

Wed - 8pm-9:30pm: swim at Victoria Park🏊‍♂️

Fri - 7am-8am: swim at SYS/VP/Repulse 🏊‍♀️

Sat - 7:30am-11am: Group bike and run brick confirm on WhatsApp 🚴‍♂🏃‍♂

Sat - 5pm-6pm: technique and recovery swim at SYS

Sun - 7:30am-9:30am: Beginner cycling technique (by appointment)

Sun - 7:30am-9:30am: Aquathon brick at Repulse 🏊‍♂🏃‍♂

星期六 - 7:30am-11am: 單車訓練 + 轉項跑步練習 🚴‍♂🏃‍♂(欣澳,新娘潭路或石澳)

星期六 - 5pm-6pm: 游泳技術訓練(中山泳池)

星期日 - 7:30-9:30am: 游泳+ 跑步訓練(淺水灣)🏊‍♂🏃‍♂

星期日 - 7:30-9:30am: 單車技術訓練 🚴
