We have more new joiners coming to our regular training, our training atmosphere heating up as the temperature, don’t forget your hydration! Before and after the training, on and off the days at the fields or in the office, reminding everyone your daily fluid replenishment should include electrolyse that coming from sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium! Check the nutrition label and knowing what you are taking, while we have 2-3 months to our target race!
In our training schedule, Saturday swim include two location: Learn to swim will be at K-town pool by coach David and Rondo, while technique and recovery session at SYS pool by coach Charles.
We will include swimrun practice in one of our Sunday this summer, prepare your swim bouy and paddle, follow #teamsonictriathlete for any upcoming action!
