New swim session from February training schedule

In February, we have started additional swim session for Adult on every Saturday 5-6pm at SYS pool. It’s a new bundle session if you join our regular monthly swim or monthly run&swim. It aims for skill based practice with some aerobic set for 2nd session post morning bike/run brick.

And our Sunday session remains at Repulse Bay for open water swim and endurance run.

*Advanced*

Mon 7:30pm-9:30pm: run at HV

Wed 8pm-10pm: swim at WC

Sat 5pm-6pm: swim at SYS

Sun 8-10am: swim & run at RB

 

*Beginner*

Tue 7:30pm-9pm: run at HV

Wed 8pm-10pm: swim at WC

Fri 7:30pm-9pm: run at HV

Sat 9am-11am: bike & run at SP/SB

Sat 5pm-6pm: swim at SYS

Requirement: 

Swim 200m in any stroke

Bike with your own bike and helmet

Run 2km non-stop
