To formalize the usage of photographs taken by Sonic photographers, we establish the general guiding as below;

1. All photos taken by Ryan Tan aka Ar ON (trip sponsored by the club, i.e. Macau ITU 2006) is belong to the Sonic Sports Associations (SSA) and the photographer Ryan Tan himself. Ryan Tan has delegated the usage to the SSA for promotion purpose.

2. All photos uploaded in our official photo album (http://www.fotop.net/sonicsports) is from the SSA point of view, SSA has delegated the absolute right to Ryan Tan to control the quality such as delete/amend and retouch. Please trust Ryan Tan's professionalism same as SSA, he is the professional in this area.

3. All photos are not for COMMERCIAL use, if you want it for promotion purpose or others use please contact the SSA.

4. Our photo is FREE to download for your OWN use only, the resolution is good enough to be a wallpaper or other similar use. The SSA do not keep the high resolution copy. If you are interested in higher resolution file for printing a real photo, please contact the photo owner (photographers). SSA do not redistribute whole pack of photo. Just your own photo. (example 1, Ivan want a high-res photo which taken by Arthur, Ivan should contact Arthur directly; example 2, Ivan want a high-res photo which taken by Ah On, Ivan should ask it from the club. In the same time, Ivan cannot ask for a 'Charles only' photo)
please do not redistribute or re-package it, unless you get approval from the SSA.

5. If you don't like your photo show (or other concern) in our album, please let us know, we will delete it.
