2019 Sonic Time Trial 1 - Shek O Triathlon result

On 12 May, 10 #teamsonictriathlete kicked off the first stage of 2019 Sonic Time Trial series in Shek O beach! It was a cloudy morning, low tide made our swim a lot shorter than planned, and the road block on Shek O Road leading our last minute change on bike course so it became hill repeat between Shek O roundabout to Cape D’agular and ending with usual 4k training route between Shek O and Big Wave Big!

Well done to top 3 male finishers Breadon, Chris Kwan and Brandon and top 2 female Lisa and Serena! Great training race to all Sonic!
